These sales conditions are part of the General Terms and Conditions of miniBeau
|
|
Article 1: Scope
|

The present sales conditions apply to the distance-selling of MiniBeau and cover all sales to its customers (you) through the www.minibeau.nl website as well as orders taken by fax or email. We reserve the right to amend the present general terms and conditions of sale at any time, with the proviso that details of all amendments are published on our website.
|
|
|
We reserve the right to refuse to accept your order if we find that you are in breach of these Terms and conditions.
|
|
Article 2: Prices
|
|
|
2a: All prices are given in €uro and are inclusive of all taxes but exclusive of postage and packaging costs.
|
|
|
2b: Any customs duties, other local taxes, import duties or state taxes that may apply- for all consignments to be shipped outside of The Netherlands - are your sole responsibillity and are not payable by MiniBeau.
|
|
|
2c: All orders are payable in €uro.
|
|
|
2d: MiniBeau reserves the rihgt to change its prices at any time, although products will be invoiced at the price in effect when the order was placed, sublect to availabillity.

|
Article 3: Orders & Confirmation
|
|
|
3a: We will accept your order strictly to the present general Terms and Conditions
|
|
|
3b: We can only accept orders placed throuh Internet www.minibeau.nl.
|
|
|
3c: Your order will be dispatched on receipt of payment.
|
|
|
3d: The automatic generated order acknoledgement by email is also your invoice, if you want an other invoice send to you by seperate mail, please inform us.
|
|
|
3e: By completing the ordering process, and clicking - OK sending -, acknowledges that you agree to the order as well as to the present Terms and Conditions, in their entirety and without exeption.
|
|
Article 4: Payment & Delivery
|
|
|
4a: MiniBeau only accepts - at this present in time - a payment in advance
|
|
|
4b: Products are delivered to the delivery address given when the order was placed
|
|
|
4c: After receipt of payment the order we be cleared and dispatched.
|
|
|
4d: MiniBeau will do her upmost to deliver the orders within 1 week
|
|
Article 5: Exchange and refunds
|
|
|
5a: All products supplied by MiniBeau are new and guaranteed against defects. You have 7 days from the day of receipt to return the product, if it does not meet you expectations. Please send us an email to Customer Services prior to returning the products. klantenservice@minibeau.nl .

|
|
5b: We will refund the money within 30 days ( does not include postage and packaging ) provided the products are returned in their original condition with the receipt, the item is unworn and in new condition, with all labels and tags attached and in all the original packaging. you will be liable for the costs of return postage. Please make sure the return package is also adequately insured as MiniBeau cannot take resposibillity for products being returned to us that are lost in the postal system.

Article 7: Applicable law
|

7a: This agreement shall be constructed and performed in accordance with and shall be governed vy Dutch law and you should submit to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

Article 8: Confidentiality
|
|
|
8a: MiniBeau will not divulge to third parties any personal information that you provide. This information is confidential and will only be used by internal departments at MiniBeau for processing your order and/or sending you details op special offers.

|
8b: MiniBeau only collects data that is strictly necessary for processing your order or for keeping you informed about special offers and new products.
